"Megan was born in Wheatridge, Colorado and starting drawing and painting at a young age. She's always been inspired by the human figure, nature and the convoluted conceptual styles of surrealism. At age 20 she began tattooing and found herself making leaps and bounds in her personal skill as an artist as she navigated the world of commission work. Painting became a true passion for Megan around age 22. In her work, she strives to make people take a second look or even a step back to contemplate concepts and check to see what they might be missing. All of her paintings have a meaning and you can often find hidden imagery within. Today, at age 25 she spends half her time working as a tattoo artist under her company name Reverie Ink and the other half painting, spray painting, playing her ukulele and enjoying this beautiful state."
